Downtown Grey Concrete Effect Spc Floor

Large format Downtown Gray SPC flooring: 405x810mm. The total thickness is 6 mm, including a 1mm thick IXPE mat glued to the back of the tile. The wear layer is 0.7mm which gives exceptional technical and performance characteristics.

The product faithfully reproduces the effect of cement, with its color shades, inclusions and material effect. The color is a neutral gray with tone-on-tone shades, slightly cloudy and enriched by the typical dots of concrete, easily combinable with contemporary environments, colors and furnishing elements.

The surface is pleasant to the touch and is made with innovative technologies that make it ultra-matt: the protective surface layer of the slabs has a very low degree of shine, which gives the product an extremely opaque and pleasant effect.

It is perfect for renovations and new buildings, and can be used in both residential and commercial contexts.

It is extremely rigid and easy to lay: the tiles are almost non-deformable, making overlapping laying easier and eliminating imperfections in the floor underneath.

It does not suffer from expansion problems caused by temperature changes, therefore being suitable for being laid on large surfaces or in front of shop windows and large windows.
