Handcrafted natural oak parquet, aged and hand-planed.

The planks measure 2200x240mm; the total thickness is 15mm, while the thickness of the top layer of French oak is 4mm.

It belongs to the 1-strip parquet category: each plank consists of a single strip of wood.

The color is a deep, bold yet natural brown, enlivened by golden grain patterns and darker areas.

The presence of more prominent knots and fillings enriches the product, giving it character and personality.

The surface is textured, pleasant to the touch, and very natural.

This hardwood flooring can also be used with underfloor heating; it can be installed either as a floating floor or glued down.

The Memory Large collection undergoes a complex manual process, performed on every single plank of European oak, to give the product a deliberately rustic appearance.

First, the wooden planks undergo an aging process.

Next, the knots and cracks are cleaned and then deeply filled by hand to give the plank a weathered look.

The four edges are then planed by hand to make them irregular.

The surface of the board is then planed by hand and brushed to achieve a natural finish and a surface that is pleasant and soft to the touch.

The final treatment with oil-wax is the last step in the process, and it is essential because it ensures a product that feels and looks very natural, yet has durability comparable to that of a varnish.
